Merchant History
- Once Card Connect identifies the merchants that are charging you, you can click on any of them to enter the history screen to view more information about your relationship with that merchant, and take certain actions.
- Your Spent stats will now show your spending with this single merchant (have you ever tallied up how much you spend at Amazon every month??)
- You can see your history of individual transactions with this merchant, as well as the original descriptions for them as they appear on your bank statement
- Like the Summary and Accounts screens, you can see the amount, date, and account used for each transaction
- You can see which category this merchant falls under, and by clicking on the info ℹ️ you can see a description of the different categories

💡 Note: Some merchants may have multiple possible categories, like an e-commerce website you purchased clothes from which also offers a VIP subscription program you are subscribed to, or a phone company you pay monthly that you just bought a new phone and phone case from. In this case, the category shown will reflect the most recent transaction for that merchant

⛔ Note: when you click the Cancel button, you are taken out of the Card Connect app and directly to the website of the merchant. Service cancellations vary greatly by merchant - some merchants will offer an easy and quick button to cancel, some merchants may require multiple steps, and some merchants may not allow you to cancel your service on their website at all. Card Connect does not guarantee that by following the Cancel workflow your service will be fully cancelled and you will not receive future charges from the merchant
